Whether your ideas come from a photo, a memory, a theme, or even just a feeling you want your piece to express, this is the time to tell us everything. Once you’ve submitted your initial inquiry and placed your design deposit our collaboration begins.

Depending on your project, we will either sketch your design or use advanced 3D design software to create a detailed model of your heirloom. This model takes into account the metal, shape, stone placement, texture, and fit, allowing you to see your piece before it is made.

Once the design is ready, we will share the renderings with you. If you would like any changes, more flowers, a softer curve, thicker shank, or any other changes. We are happy to revise the design until it feels just right. Your satisfaction at this stage is essential.

Once your design is approved, your jewelry moves into production at our Honolulu factory. Each piece is crafted one at a time in your chosen metal, then shaped, polished, and hand engraved by our master engravers. Stones are carefully set, custom engravings are added, and every finishing detail is completed with great care.

Before delivery, each heirloom is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets both your expectations and our high standards.
