Order Terms & Acknowledgement
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Non-custom items may be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Standard custom orders typically require approximately 4–6 weeks for production. In-stock items are currently averaging 5–7 business days for processing.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Any changes requested after production has begun may be subject to an additional fee of up to 50% of the total order value.
At this time, we are only able to ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used to place the order. Please ensure your billing address is entered correctly, as an incorrect address may delay processing. If an alternate shipping address is entered, the order will still be shipped only to the billing address on file.
All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery. For in-store pickup, only the individual named on the credit card used to place the order may pick up the order.
RHHJ’s confirmation and acknowledgment of an order indicates only that your order request has been received. It does not constitute acceptance of the order, confirmation of shipment, or verification of item pricing or availability. RHHJ reserves the right to cancel any order. Certain weights, measurements, and other product details are approximate.
