Custom Jewelry & Sizing
How do I size myself for a Hawaiian Bracelet?
Hawaiian Bracelets sizing is measured in inches. Take a soft measuring tape and measure the circumference of your very tightly clenched hand with your four fingers straight and your thumb turned in to touch your ring finger or pinky (this should make your hand the smallest possible).
Please measure over the widest part of your hand tightly (knuckles and fist area) using inches. This would be your approximate size. Please remember that it is your hand that is to be accurately measured, and not your wrist as these bracelets are made normally without a clasp. Please note that it's very important to know your correct bracelet size before ordering. Sizing alterations are very costly once an item has been completed.

How do I size my existing Hawaiian Bracelet?
You can measure the outside with a soft measuring tape and minus a 1/4in to get the inside measurement. Click here for a video tutorial. Please note that bracelets can become out of shape over time, so your measurements may not always be in exact 1/4in increments.
Can my old Hawaiian bracelet / ring be resized?
Yes, the rings and bracelets can be resized and re-engraved so you can't tell it's been sized. Contact us for more information and instructions on how to return your items for repair.
Jewelry Care
I left my jewelry in the gift box and now it's tarnished or oxidized, what can I do?
As cute as they are, gift boxes & pouches are for presentation not storage. Leaving them in the box or pouch can speed up the tarnishing process or oxidize your jewelry. Store your jewelry in an airtight container to prevent tarnish or oxidization if you don't plan on wearing it often. A clean and polish will get your piece sparkling again.
How can I clean my jewelry?
Soak your jewelry for a few minutes in a cleaning solution made of warm water and a mild, non-abrasive dish soap to help remove oil and buildup. Gently clean away any remaining residue with a soft-bristle brush, then rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Repeat if needed.
We also offer complimentary steam cleaning for our pieces. You are welcome to bring your jewelry to our factory location for a free steam cleaning.
Will the black enamel of the names come off and can it be repaired?
Yes, eventually the black enamel will wear off, the basic nature of gold and sterling silver will not allow any enamel material to adhere permanently. Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry offers a lifetime guarantee on our enamel. For instructions on returning your heirlooms for re-enameling contact us.
Do you repair jewelry not from RHHJ?
Yes, our factory can help you with any repair, contact us for more information and instructions on how to return your items for repair.
Shipping
How long does it take to get my order?
Custom and made-to-order items typically ship within 3 to 6 weeks. In-stock items usually ship within 3 to 7 days. Orders that include diamonds or birthstones may take 4 to 8 weeks to ship.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations, listed above.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all packages are shipped fully insured and require an adult signature from someone 21 or older upon delivery.
Do I have to sign for my package?
Yes, all packages are shipped fully insured and will require an adult signature upon delivery.
My order has been shipped but I won't be home to sign for it, can you reroute it for me?
Once a package has shipped, it cannot be rerouted. The available options are to have it held at a nearby carrier facility for pickup within five days or returned to our factory. Please note that any returned package will incur additional shipping fees.
Returns
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS.
Custom Made / Special Orders
Due to the nature of custom order jewelry and special orders, there are No Exchanges, No Refunds, No Cancellation and No Merchandise Credits.
Non-Custom Merchandise
Non-custom Merchandise may be returned for Store / Merchandise Credit ONLY provided:
1. Request is made within 15 days.
2. Exchange/Credit request is accompanied by all original receipts and documents, including sales incentives and promotions.
3. Merchandise is in new condition.
Clearance Items
Merchandise sold at “Marked Down,” or “Clearance price” is sold as ALL Sales Final. No refunds, No Merchandise Credit and No Exchanges.
General
Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order has entered production, changes may still be possible; however, a fee up to 50% of the original order total will apply, along with any additional charges for the requested changes.
Do you offer any financing programs?
We offer flexible payment options through Shop Pay, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free payments or monthly installments.
Can I order online and pick up at your store?
Yes. In-store pickup is currently available online.
Please note that the only person authorized to pick up the order in store is the cardholder whose credit card was used to place the order. There are no exceptions.
Do you offer any layaway programs?
We have layaway, 3 months - 50% down and then 3 payments, available in stores . If you are out of state or on the neighbor islands our website does not support our layaway program but if you text or email us we can help you place that order.
