Wrong engraving
I recently gave my daughter her gift and we both saw the gold cross I ordered. It’s thinner than I had expected it would be. I have not called customer service yet but I received this email to rate my recent purchase. I asked to engrave the back of my daughters cross saying ILY My #1 But it says “Ile My #1” …that’s a bummer. ---- RHHJ Response ----- Aloha Merita, thank you for your feedback.
